可搭配Baird-Parker Agar Base(金黃色葡萄球菌Staphylococcus aureus)與Oxford Agar 或 PALCAM Agar(李斯特菌,Listeria monocytogenes）培養基製備設計的補充劑使用。該增菌劑結合蛋黃乳劑與碲酸鉍鉀，能夠同時檢測酶活性（如卵磷脂酶）並抑制非目標菌生長，協助分離與鑑定李斯特菌。
